Reserved lanes
The city and municipal police will be able to penalize on-site offenses related to unauthorized use of the reserved lane. The aim is to strengthen control and prevent roadblocks intended for public transport buses, taxis or police, fire and rescue vehicles.

Disabled parking
For unauthorized parking in a place reserved for the disabled or misuse of a parking card for these persons, in addition to the fine, a loss of two points in the drivers' points will be recorded.

Cyclists bypass
When overtaking a cyclist, the driver will be obliged to keep a safe lateral distance of the car, load or trailer of at least 1.5 meters. On roads, where it is highest
allowed speed maximum 30 km / h, distance of at least one meter applies.

Prohibition of beer bikes
The ban on the consumption of alcoholic beverages or other addictive substances by persons actively involved in the ride (so-called beer bikes, beer bikes) will come into force. Beer bikes have previously been banned by Prague in the wider city center.

Tractor driver
It will also be possible to drive tractors with a group C driving license, even granted abroad. The aim is to solve the problem of labor shortages in agriculture and forestry.

Towing at the suggestion of the municipality
Municipalities will now have the opportunity to initiate proceedings to remove the wreck from a publicly accessible purpose-built road. Until now, only the owner of the road had this option.

Penalty for not considering
The upper limit of the fine imposed on truck drivers who refuse to undergo low-speed checkweighing will rise from CZK 30,000 to CZK 100,000. The aim is to reduce the difference between the penalty for overloading the vehicle and for refusing to subject the vehicle to checkweighing.

Until now, drivers have often been paid to refuse weighing rather than undergoing it and to be fined for exceeding the weight limits, the amount of which is calculated according to the degree of exceeding these limits.
